    What clients say

    • “I submitted my application to the EIT AI Entrepreneurs Lab - the call Diana found in the FundingFit report.”

Before working with Diana, I hadn’t even considered funding for Living Off AI—it felt distant and out of reach. She mapped the opportunities relevant to my business and helped me build a clear strategy around what to pursue and how to apply. Her guidance also helped me understand how to present funding opportunities to my own clients. I’ve already secured support and applied for other opportunities I might never have found on my own. I’d recommend Diana to any business owner who wants to discover what’s possible and take practical steps towards it.

    • “Finally clear where it’s worth spending our time.”

We had an automation plan but didn’t know whether to look at the Latvian agencies LIAA and ALTUM or at international EU programmes. Diana assessed the options and kept the 3 best-fitting ones, with concrete deadlines and risks. We started preparing one of them straight away, and the idea was approved. I recommend her to companies with a concrete plan and no time to research every programme.

Why a paid assessment when free consultations exist?

Free consultations from public agencies are useful once you know the programme and arrive with the idea already framed the right way. This assessment starts from your problem or plan and compares every route until it finds the best angle for framing the idea and matches the most suitable programmes from the full range available.

    1. 01

      Independent comparison

A focus on international programmes - Horizon Europe, LIFE, Eurostars, Digital Europe, the Innovation Fund and cascade (FSTP) calls - compared with national ones in one prioritised list.

    2. 02

      A written, prioritised report

At least 3–5 routes with deadlines, conditions, risks and the next step - a document you can hand to management and the team.

    3. 03

Risk check before the work starts

Undertaking-in-difficulty status, tax debt, company size and start-of-works rules - obstacles that can exclude an application before it is even evaluated.

    4. 04

      Partner direction

If a route needs a partner, we set out which role and what kind of partner is needed and where to look.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know a programme already?

No. A concrete development need, investment plan or problem is enough. Selecting programmes is part of the assessment.

What if no suitable current opportunity is found?

You receive an honest conclusion on why it is not worth proceeding now, and a recommendation on what to prepare or which window to monitor.

    Is application writing included?

No. Application writing and consortium building are not part of this consultation.

When will I receive the report?

After the individual research, you will receive the initial report before the online consultation. Within five business days after the consultation, you will receive the revised report.

How do application, payment and scheduling work?

A Latvian company enters its registration number and a contact person, receives the invoice by e-mail at once and chooses the consultation time. After payment, the individual research is completed and the initial report is prepared, which we discuss in the online consultation. After the consultation, you will receive the revised report. A company registered abroad submits a short application, and we send the invoice after reviewing it.

What does the 14-day clarification guarantee include?

For 14 days after receiving the revised report, you may ask additional questions about its content and receive clarifying answers. This is a clarity guarantee, not a guarantee that funding will be awarded.

    Is funding guaranteed?

No. The assessment supports a justified decision; funding decisions are made by programme operators.
